    • Review Product descriptions, pricing, and terms before completing purchase transactions.

    7.2 Purchase Acknowledgment

    By placing an Order, Shoppers acknowledge and agree that:

    • The contract for sale is formed directly with the Brand, not with Us;
    • Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by Brands and may not be verified by Us;
    • Prices are set by Brands and may change without notice until the Order is confirmed;
    • Product availability is subject to confirmation by the Brand; and
    • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

    7.3 Import Duties and Taxes for International Orders

    For International Orders, Shoppers acknowledge that they may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Shopper and are not included in the Product price or international shipping fees charged by Us. Shoppers agree to pay all such charges when levied.

    7.4 Content Interaction

    Shoppers may view, like, comment on, and share Content published by Creators. Shoppers must not post comments or content that violate Section 15. Shoppers acknowledge that Content represents the views of the Creator and not necessarily Our views or endorsements.

    8Order Processing and Fulfillment

    8.1 Order Placement

    When a Shopper places an Order through the Platform, the Order is transmitted to the Brand for confirmation. Order placement does not guarantee acceptance. Brands may decline Orders due to Product unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons.

    8.2 Order Confirmation

    A contract for sale is formed between the Brand and Shopper only when the Brand confirms the Order. Order confirmation will be communicated through the Platform and via email. We facilitate this communication but are not a party to the resulting contract.

    8.3 Domestic Order Fulfillment

    For Domestic Orders:

    • The Brand is responsible for packaging, shipping, and delivering Products to the Shopper;
    • The Brand must provide tracking information through the Platform;
    • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost shipments, or damaged Products; and
    • Shoppers must contact the Brand directly for shipping-related issues.

    8.4 International Order Fulfillment

    For International Orders:

    • The Brand delivers Products to Our designated logistics partner or warehouse within India;
    • We engage third-party logistics partners to handle international shipping, customs clearance, and delivery to the Shopper’s international address;
    • We charge separate shipping and logistics fees to Shoppers for international fulfillment services;
    • International shipping fees are calculated based on destination country, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping method;
    • Delivery timeframes for International Orders are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events;
    • We provide tracking information for International Orders to the extent available from logistics partners; and
    • Shoppers acknowledge that customs authorities may inspect or delay shipments and that such delays are beyond Our control.

    8.5 Customs and Import Restrictions

    For International Orders, Brands must provide accurate customs classification and export documentation. Products must comply with export regulations of India and import regulations of the destination country. If Products are prohibited, restricted, or require special licenses in the destination country, the Order may be canceled or returned. Shoppers are responsible for understanding import restrictions in their country and providing accurate customs information when requested.

    8.6 Order Cancellation

    Shoppers may cancel Orders prior to Brand confirmation through the Platform interface. Once an Order is confirmed by the Brand, cancellation is subject to the Brand’s cancellation policy. We are not responsible for cancellation disputes between Brands and Shoppers.

    8.7 Order Modification

    Requests to modify confirmed Orders, including changes to shipping address, Product specifications, or quantity, must be communicated directly to the Brand. We do not guarantee that modification requests will be accommodated.

    9Payments and Commissions

    9.1 Payment Processing

    All payments for Orders are processed through the Platform using third-party payment processors. By placing an Order, Shoppers authorize Us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount including Product price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges.

    9.2 Payment Methods

    We accept payment methods as displayed on the Platform at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other electronic payment methods. We reserve the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time.

    9.3 Payment Authorization

    By providing payment information, Users represent and warrant that they are authorized to use the payment method and authorize Us to charge all amounts due. Shoppers agree to promptly update payment information if it changes or expires.

    9.4 Platform Fees and Commissions

    We charge Brands a commission or platform fee on each completed transaction. Commission rates and fee structures are communicated to Brands separately and may vary based on Product category, transaction volume, or other factors. Commission amounts are deducted from the Product price before remitting proceeds to Brands.

    9.5 Creator Compensation

    Creators may earn commissions or compensation when Shoppers purchase Products through Content created by the Creator. Commission structures and rates are determined by agreements between Brands and Creators or by Our platform commission program if applicable. Creators are responsible for tracking earnings through the Platform dashboard.

    9.6 Settlement and Payouts

    We remit payments to Brands and Creators according to the following terms:

    • Payments are processed on a periodic basis as specified in separate payout terms or account settings;
    • Payouts may be withheld pending Order fulfillment, return period expiration, or dispute resolution;
    • Minimum payout thresholds may apply;
    • Users must provide valid banking information and tax documentation for payouts;
    • We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or cancel payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected or if accounts are under investigation; and
    • Payout timing is subject to processing times of banking institutions and payment processors.

    9.7 International Shipping Fees

    For International Orders, Shoppers are charged shipping and logistics fees separate from the Product price. These fees cover:

    • International courier and freight costs;
    • Export and customs processing services;
    • Packaging materials and handling; and
    • Insurance coverage for shipment value, if any.

    International shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination, package specifications, and shipping method selected. These fees are separate from and in addition to any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

    9.8 Taxes

    Prices displayed on the Platform may or may not include applicable taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT), or sales tax, depending on User location and applicable law. Where taxes are not included in displayed prices, they will be added at checkout. Brands are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting all applicable taxes on sales. We may collect and remit taxes on behalf of Brands where required by law.

    9.9 Currency

    All prices and fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or other currencies as supported by the Platform. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by Our payment processors and may include conversion fees.

    9.10 Pricing Errors

    While We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, system malfunction, or other mistake, We reserve the right to cancel the Order and refund any amounts paid. Brands have the right to refuse Orders placed at clearly erroneous prices.

    10Returns, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution

    10.1 Return Policy

    Each Brand establishes its own return and refund policy for Products sold. Return policies are displayed on Product listings where provided by Brands. Shoppers must review return policies before completing purchases. We do not mandate specific return policies but encourage Brands to adopt consumer-friendly practices.

    10.2 Return Requests for Domestic Orders

    For Domestic Orders, return requests must be initiated through the Platform and are subject to the Brand’s return policy. Shoppers must contact Brands directly regarding return authorization, return shipping arrangements, and refund processing. We facilitate communication but do not process returns or authorize refunds for Domestic Orders.

    10.3 Return Requests for International Orders

    For International Orders, return requests may be subject to additional restrictions due to international shipping costs and customs regulations. Shoppers must initiate return requests through the Platform. We will coordinate with the Brand and Our logistics partners to facilitate returns where applicable. Return shipping costs for International Orders are typically borne by the Shopper unless the return is due to Product defect or error on the part of the Brand or Our logistics operations.

    10.4 Refund Processing

    Approved refunds are processed through the Platform to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on:

    • Verification of Product return and condition;
    • Brand approval of refund request;
    • Processing times of payment processors and financial institutions; and
    • Applicable refund timelines under consumer protection law.

    Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to Product defect or Brand error. For International Orders, international shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to Our fulfillment error.

    10.5 Disputes Between Users

    Disputes between Brands and Shoppers regarding Product quality, delivery, or refunds must be resolved directly between the parties. Disputes between Brands and Creators regarding compensation, Content usage, or promotional arrangements must be resolved directly between the parties. We are not obligated to mediate or resolve such disputes but may, at Our sole discretion, offer dispute resolution assistance through the Platform.

    10.6 Dispute Resolution Mechanism

    If a User initiates a dispute resolution request through the Platform:

    • We may request information and documentation from all parties involved;
    • We may impose temporary holds on payouts or transactions pending dispute resolution;
    • We may issue non-binding recommendations or facilitate settlements; and
    • We reserve the right to make final determinations regarding refunds or compensation only where We have contractual privity with the relevant parties.

    10.7 Chargebacks

    If a Shopper initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution, We reserve the right to suspend the Shopper’s account and pursue recovery of amounts owed. Brands affected by chargebacks may have payout amounts adjusted accordingly. Users agree to cooperate in providing documentation and evidence to resolve chargeback disputes.
